By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions and agree that the placement of an order together with these terms and conditions, forms a contract between you (herein referred to as ‘the Client’) and Shane Bird, Chris Lianos and PO1NT ONE
Performance One is an exclusive one on one program designed to help you crush your first 20 Tiny Challenges so you can FAST TRACK into Richmond's Point One Inner Circle and scale all the way to 1MM.
What this means is you'll be able transition into full time faster, have the business of your dreams and the lifestyle you've always wanted.
CLIENT: Before we begin, please read this agreement and then sign and date it. This will let us know that you have read and you understand what is written here within. This form will ask you about your present condition for which you seek coaching, as well as, any other issues you might have. It also sets out the context in which you will achieve the outcome you want. It also covers some of the issues of law governing our relationship.
Confidentiality: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We are also committed to effectively managing the collection, storage, use and disclosure of personal information for the purpose of our business activities in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Your Guarantee: All work that we do is guaranteed. This means that you will receive the support and follow-up to ensure that you get the results you want. We guarantee our work because our experience has shown us that our clients always get results. The guarantee works like this:
You must finish the program. That means, attend every session (or watch replays). You must go through the entire process all the way to the end.
You must do the tasking after the session, and you need to do it fully and completely.
Your Choice, Your Responsibility: While, during the session, we will offer you advice and other ways of looking at your problem and its solutions for your consideration, you hereby agree that whatever we discuss is only our perspective and is not binding upon you, nor is it a prescription.
It is your responsibility to confirm whether or not any changes we made produced the desired results. It is your responsibility to communicate your results to us. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the coaching sessions.

2. 1x 45min One on One Call, specifically to help you create and design your entire Tiny Challenge from A-Z including your offer
3. 1x 45min One-on-One call specifically designed to help you build out a 90-day plug and play Content Marketing Schedule. This includes building out the 7-Day Express Launch
4. 1x90min One-on-One feedback call of the actual presentation of your offer you delivered during your Tiny Challenge
5. 12 Months of Unlimited Access to Virtual Business Bootcamps
6. 12 Months Unlimited Access to Virtual ProCoach Certification
7. 12 Months Weekly Group Coaching inside the Underdog Academy
8. 12 Months of Weekly Group Accountability inside the Underdog Academy
9. BONUS: 30-Days of Weekly Group Coaching inside Richmond's Inner Circle Point One
10. If you join the Po1nt One Program within 90 days from the date of this contract, your Performance One payments will be absordbed into the Po1nt One Program.
Payment: All payments must be completed before the first session.
Payment made under this agreement must be made by the means specified in the order Late Payments
a. If you are on a payment plan agreement and the direct debit fails, there will be a $15 processing fee.
b. If you have an outstanding payment of $2,000 or more which is over 30 days overdue, then your support and access to the program will be revoked and your outstanding payments may also be sent to debt collection.
